Divorce information is highly sensitive. This page explains the product’s current data boundaries in plain language. It must not be presented as the final statutory privacy notice until the operating entity, contact details, retention schedule, processors, and user-rights procedure are approved and published.
Information used by the product
- Account and profile information needed to sign in and remember language preferences.
- Questionnaire answers, case updates, and document metadata entered by the account owner.
- Files the account owner deliberately uploads.
- Security and operational records needed to protect and run the service.
Current technical boundaries
- Case records and uploaded files are owner-scoped and available after authentication.
- Sensitive stored fields and uploaded file bytes use application-level encryption.
- Public pages, metadata, sitemaps, and analytics must never contain questionnaire answers, names, case identifiers, document names, or report text.
Optional AI processing
The current product asks for a saved AI-processing choice before sending the case information needed for an assistant or report request to the configured provider. Uploaded file contents are excluded unless document processing is separately authorized. The final policy must name the provider and describe the applicable transfer and retention terms.
Before broad public launch
The operating entity must publish a controller identity and contact, lawful-use purposes, processor list, geographic transfer information, retention and deletion schedule, rights-request process, incident contact, and effective date. Until then, this utility page remains noindex.
