These points explain how the current MVP is intended to be used. They are not a substitute for final contractual terms. The operating entity, governing provisions, support contact, processor terms, and effective date must be approved before broad public launch.
Purpose of the service
ARIVORCE provides private information organization and general educational material. It is not a law firm, court, filing agent, emergency service, or government authority.
Account responsibility
- Use only an account you are authorized to control.
- Keep credentials and access devices secure.
- Upload only material you may lawfully possess and process.
- Check entered facts and generated organization before relying on them.
No legal action
Saving or submitting a questionnaire does not file, serve, sign, approve, send, or legally complete anything. Dates entered by a user are not verified legal deadlines. Obtain a licensed professional for advice about rights, strategy, jurisdiction, documents, and deadlines.
Prohibited use
- Do not access another person’s account or private records.
- Do not use the service to threaten, monitor, deceive, harass, or unlawfully collect information.
- Do not treat draft or generated material as an approved court document.
Final legal terms still required
Counsel for the operating entity must approve enforceable terms covering eligibility, availability, intellectual property, privacy, third-party services, suspension, termination, disclaimers, liability, dispute rules, governing law, changes, and contact details.
